Privacy notice

1. This is a concept site

Gata at Baga is a fictional restaurant. This website demonstrates what a real restaurant’s site could look like. There is no real restaurant behind it, so no table can be booked here.

Who runs this site

This demo site is run by Christian Ibaoc (ibaocchristian.com). To contact us or use your rights, see the privacy notice at ibaocchristian.com, which also covers this site. This site has no inbox of its own.

2. What the reservation form does

The form checks your answers inside your browser and then shows a confirmation message. Nothing you type is sent to any server, stored or shared. Please don’t enter real personal details; sample text works fine.

3. What the website stores on your device

It keeps three small settings in your own browser and never sends them to a server:

• The theme you chose (light or dark), in local storage. It stays until you clear this site’s data in your browser settings. If you never press the theme button, nothing is kept and the site follows your device’s setting.
• Whether you closed the concept ribbon, in session storage, until you close the tab.
• Whether you paused the moving dishes on the home page, in session storage, until you close the tab.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, and there is no map embed.

4. Server logs

Like any website, the host records technical details of each request (such as IP address, page and time) for security and to keep the site running, for a short period.

5. For a real restaurant

When this design is adopted by a real business, this notice is replaced with one describing what that business collects (reservation details, purposes, retention, sharing and your rights under the Data Privacy Act, RA 10173) and its privacy contact.
